At Martbeauty LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
• With all tags attached and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Hygiene products that have been opened or used
Exchanges

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
